Women are the backbone of society. The role of women in the development of society is extremely critical. In today’s world, women have risen to prominent leadership positions - be it in business, social work, politics, performing arts or any other field and have something unique to offer to their organisations and communities. The International Women’s Conference offers a platform for women leaders of global prominence to come together with women from the grassroots level, exchange their views and ideas and form networks through which they can support each other.
The primary objective of the conference is to create awareness and further the dialogue on the role of women in promoting a more compassionate and ethical environment in the areas they work.
