There are centers in Kuala Lumpur, Pulau Pinang, Sungai Petani, Johore Baharu and activity centers in the smaller towns like Alor Setar, Kuala Terengganu, Kuantan, Kota Baharu, Batu Pahat, Muar, Keluang and Paloh. Courses are also conducted in some of the towns in East Malaysia, Tawau, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu.
Courses run concurrently in most of the centers every month with an average total participation of 50 -100 people The courses are conducted in Mandarin and English.
Advance courses are organized twice a year in different parts of the country, the most recent one being in June this year, the next one is being organized in October. Plans are being made to organize a Mega Advance Course in April to co-incide with Guruji’s visit to Malasia.
Bhanudidi conducted a Sahaj Samadhi Meditation course this month in Kuala Lumpur and Vikram Hazra had a DSN in Bukit Mertajam in August.
Art Excel courses are regularly conducted during the school vacations in many states I Malaysia.
Arvind has met the principals of some of the international schools and plans are being made to organize YES programs in the local schools and colleges.
BWS courses are held regularly in Pulau Pinang, Kuala Lumpur and Johore.
We have met the prison officials in Kajang Prison in Selangor and other prisons in Northern Malaysia to put forward a proposal to conduct the Prison Smart Program. The effects of Sudarshan Kriya and the proposals have been translated into the local language and presented to the officials. We are awaiting approval from them.
We had a fund raising concert by Vikram Hazra in August. The concers was held in Penang and Kuala Lumpur and Vikram Hazra performed to full house at both venues.
Seva work is being carried out regularly
- Old folks home in Kajang – painting and upkeeping the diphalated home.
- Orphanages – providing tuition and support to Tara Bhavan,Anbu Illam and Pure Life Orphanages
Working with the Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC) Womens Section to provide BWS courses to the abused and battered women.
Conduct courses in Tamil to womens groups.
A donation course for 207 teachers and 247 students of the Chong Hwa School in Johore Bharu.
SSY Courses are conducted regularly in most of the centers in Malaysia.
