Saramandaia Community |
- Saramandaia Community
Course and social work with the community, including the supply of construction material for Community Association headquarter, reconstruction of houses, distribution of food and clothing, and the creation of work opportunities for the population.
- Prison SMART - Women´s Prison
The Prison SMART program was initiated in the Women’s Penitentiary in Salvador. This project allowed participants to experiment, for the first time, deep stress relief and the tranquility that they needed so much.
- Partnership with the Ojoabá-Axé Institute (associated with the Program for the Eradication of Child Labor – PECL) in Duque de Caxias community.
Courses were given to about 500 children between the ages of 7 and 17 and more than 100 mothers in three different communities were benefited with the techniques and teachings of Art of Living Foundation.

Sri Sri Yoga Activities in public schools and communities.
- BWS (Breath, Water and Sound) Courses were given to trash collectors from trash cooperatives in São Paulo, as well as to employees of a real estate management company.
- Casa Siloe
Assistance is currently being given to the HIV-positive children of Casa Siloe. The Art of Living youth do weekly visits to the institution, helping out with all necessities, from cleaning to laundering to bathing and feeding the children.
