from around the world have overcome diverse challenges in rising to their
position. Some of these are based on the local culture, traditions and the
accepted role of women in their respective societies. There have been examples
of women who have faced additional challenges because of being a woman. In this
session, speakers will share their experiences on how they have overcome these
challenges, inspiring other women in similar communities to also come to the
forefront.

and its consequent impact on society.
