People from all walks of life attended the silver jubilee celebrations of the Art of Living in the US. The event was held at hte John Kennedy Center for Performing Arts in Washington, DC, and the gathering included prominent members of the Congress, senators, educators, professional scientists, and business leaders who came to acknowledge the work of the Bangalore - based NGO and its founder Sri Sri Ravishankar. |

Award from National Veterans Foundation
Founder and president of the National Veterans Foundation (NVF) Floyd "Shad" Meshad, presented H H Sri Sri Ravi Shankar with an award honoring his outstanding service to returning veterans and their families. The award was presented on March 28, at the Kennedy Centre for Performing Arts, Washington DC.
