Ayodhya verdict: Sri Sri appeals for harmony

Hours before the Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court pronounces judgement in the Ayodhya title suit, spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has appealed for peace and calm across the country.

The founder of Art of Living on Thursday said whatever be the verdict of the court, everyone should respect it.

"I appeal to all the people of our beloved country to maintain calm and poise and not get exulted. There is no winning or losing of any community. Whatever the verdict, let us accept it, let us move forward with oneness, with friendship, with a sense of give and take each other," he said.
