6-day Part II Program
The Part II Program provides optimal conditions for going deep within, quieting our mental chatter, and experiencing deep rest and inner peace. The practice of silence – of consciously withdrawing our energy and attention from outer distractions – has been used in different traditions throughout time as a pathway to physical, mental, and spiritual renewal. By participating in various course processes specifically designed to take us beyond our usually active minds, we experience an extraordinary sense of peace and renewed energy that we carry home with us.
The program features:
Four to five days of guided silence practice.
Unique guided meditations designed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
Meditations and meeting with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
Advanced breathing techniques which can also be practiced at home after the course.
Advanced insight on the laws governing our mind and emotions.

DSN is a rigorous and deeply transformational course. Through a powerful combination of Padma Sadhana (special exercises to increase your energy level), meditations, breathing techniques and group processes, the DSN course empowers participants to break through personal inhibitions and barriers of all kinds.
Sahaj Samadhi Meditation (2-3 hrs for 3 days)
Sahaj means natural, effortless and Samadhi is deep meditation. Sahaj Samadhi is exactly that - a natural, effortless system of meditation that allows the conscious mind to settle deeply into the self, thus giving it much needed, deep rest.
When we are tense, or when we cannot concentrate on the job at hand, it is usually because many thought are passing through the mind. When the mind settles down, it lets go of all tension and stress and centers itself in the present moment. The Sahaj Samadhi program teaches you a deeper understanding of these and other phenomena of the mind, this enabling you to relax, focus, concentrate better.
Sahaj Samadhi meditation is very easy and enjoyable and regular daily practice – a meditation technique you can do by yourself at home.
Guru Puja Phase I
Guru Puja is a thanksgiving ceremony remembering all the ancient Spiritual Masters who have brought this knowledge of self. In the presence of a Master, fullness dawns, and Gurupuja is one of the highest expressions of devotion and gratitude to the Master. Under the loving guidance of Bhanu DIDI, one experiences divinity through learning chanting and then performing the Guru Puja. The course days are filled with guru stories and ancient knowledge and an overwhelming presence of the Master.
The Guru Puja Course is of two parts:
Phase One: Chanting the Guru Puja unites our minds with the tradition of Spiritual Masters.This course teaches Puja Chants and explores the mysteries of Vedic Knowledge and traditions.
Phase Two: This course brings the qualification necessary to invoke the lineage of Spiritual Masters through Puja chants taught in GuruPuja Phase-I course.

The soul is eternal. Our existence is timeless; we have been here before in the past and will come in the future too. The eternity process is a past life regression technique that provides a tool for reliving about any event that is the root of a pattern. The pattern can be mental or physical. It can be something that needs to be changed or merely understood. The process helps the individual clear past impressions that may be blocking one's progress, thus enabling us to overcome past impressions and learn to be in the present moment and celebrate life.
The eternity process is just like a guided meditation. It is a one to one session that lasts for two to three hours and is open to all those who have done the Part 1 Art of Living course.
