Advanced Meditation Program
The techniques and processes of the Advanced Meditation Program allow the conscious mind to settle deep into itself. When the mind settles down, it lets go of all tension and stress and centers itself in the present moment. The practice of silence – of consciously withdrawing our energy and attention from outer distractions – has been used in different traditions throughout time as a pathway to physical, mental, and spiritual renewal.
Four-day Advanced Meditation programs are held every week from Thursday to Sunday. For experienced meditators week-long and 10 day Silence programs are also available. Prior booking is required for room and seat availability.
