  • The techniques and processes of the Advanced Meditation Program allow the conscious mind to settle deep into itself. When the mind settles down, it lets go of all tension and stress and centers itself in the present moment. The practice of silence – of consciously withdrawing our energy and attention from outer distractions – has been used in different traditions throughout time as a pathway to physical, mental, and spiritual renewal.


    Four-day Advanced Meditation programs are held every week from Thursday to Sunday. For experienced meditators week-long and 10 day Silence programs are also available. Prior booking is required for room and seat availability.

  • This is the simplest and shortest way of experiencing meditation. It emphasizes on ease, comfort and impact. Sahaj Samadhi Meditation is based on a personal mantra which acts like a paasword to open up state of total relaxation. The beej or seed mantra creates powerful vibrations that lead to feelings of expansiveness and relaxation. The course teaches specific instructions as to how to use the mantra most effectively. The beauty of this Course is that you learn to the skills to meditate anywhere, any time and in any surroundings. It is a magic capsule for meditation!

  • Time to Meditate! All you need to do is sit with your eyes closed for 20 minutes and follow the instructions being given in the guided meditation.


    It's nice to keep your eyes closed during the meditation. At the end of the meditation, you will be given an instruction to open your eyes.

    For those on the go with little time to relax, a 20 – 25 minute guided meditation proves a very valuable tool for quick rejuvenation. These meditations are also perfect for those new to meditation. All one has to do is simply shut one’s eyes and follow the instructions!
