Introductory Programs


ART Excel (8 -13 yrs)

Presented in a practical and fun framework that appeals to children, ART Excel awakens kids to life’s higher values and their deepest potential.


YES! (14 -17 yrs)

Both fun and challenging, the Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES) provides teens with a comprehensive toolbox to both manage their own emotions and stress as well as dynamically pass through adolescence.


Happiness Program (18+ yrs)

The Happiness program gives participants practical knowledge and effective techniques to unlock their deepest potential and bring fullness to their life. Whether happy and successful or bogged down with the stress of  disappointments, fear, or poor health, every participant is cared for.. The course  helps participants release mental and physical stress, thereby bringing about an improvement in health and energy levels. The participants are left with a sense of  peace, self knowledge, awareness and joy.

Art Of Living Yoga

Art Of Living Yoga is a simple and joyful celebration of the diversity in Yoga. The program combines yoga essentials-- breathing techniques, stretches and postures, meditation and relaxation.Incorporating all these facets of yoga cultivates an awareness that enables participants to look deep beyond the level of the physical body and sharpen their sensitivity and awareness of subtler levels of existence. Practice of Art Of Living Yoga cultivates a more healthy and happy lifestyle.

Graduate Programs

Sahaj Samadhi Meditation

Sahaj means natural or effortless while Samadhi is a profound deep meditative state that induces a joyous state of mind experienced by enlightened sages of ancient India. Sahaj Samadhi Meditation offers the ability to recreate this state in everyday life.through this one-on-one instruction program,spread over three days. Over the two-hour sessions, participants will be initiated into a natural and graceful system of meditation that enables an effortless transcendence in to the deeper levels of the self. It fosters spiritual growth from within while nourishing mental, emotional and physical development.

Art of Silence (The Part II Program)

The Part II program is a logical step to the next level. It is for people who have experienced a positive change in their lives, after completing The Happiness Program and wish to further enhance the quality of their lives. This five-day residential program is a vacation for the body, mind and spirit. The program is the ideal way of taking time off from one’s hectic life and diving deep into oneself to emerge refreshed, recharged and renewed.

DSN (Do Something Now)

DSN or Divya Samajh Ka Nirman translates to “Creating a Divine Society”. DSN is a rigorous and transformational program that empowers participants to break through personal inhibitions and barriers. It gives them the inner stability  that allows them to remain unshakable in life. The DSN  program is a powerful combination of yoga, special meditations, breathing techniques, group processes and deep spiritual knowledge.
