I did the Art Excel course in 2006 when I was in Class 5. I have experienced quite a lot of changes in myself after doing the course and practicing the breathing technique. I notice that now I have more interest, better concentration and enjoy the things I do, for example, sports, studies and other extra curriculum activities. I feel I had wasted away my time on the computer and watching television before. I hardly ever interacted with other people during functions and at school because I was so shy while now I have become more sociable.

Since then, I have been coming each week to the Art Excel follow up sessions. This year in my Fiji Intermediate exam I scored very good marks, second highest in Fiji for my class.
