(1) When the veil was lifted why did everybody burn down? What the matter holds is pure knowledge and if one tried to uncover that knowledge without going through proper steps, the knowledge might lead to adverse effects. The reason for all disciples burning down might be because of this reason: "when gaining knowledge, 1 thought misinterprested and spread by one disciple can cause misunderstanding in the whole batch", similarly, mistake by 1 disciple affected the lot... also, all other disciples were equally responsible for NOT preventing the one disciple from opening the Veil. Hence doer (person who lifted the veil) is one, however responsibility was that of the group.
