Nuoc Leo Rau Cai (Vietnamese Vegetable Stock)
Preparation Time: 1 hour
You will need:
Water - 2 liters
Sliced carrots - 1 cup
Sliced cabbage - 1 cup
Sliced celery (stem) - ½ cup
Sliced white radish - 1 cup
Salt - 1 ½ teaspoon
How to prepare:
Steam all the vegetables.
Boil water separately in a saucepan.
Add two tablespoons of ground vegetables to the boiling water and stir.
Put the remaining steamed vegetables into the saucepan.
Add salt to taste.
Stir and serve hot.
