From Day 1 we all had loads of fun and incredible learning, never a boring moment. My smile has broadened. I wouldn’t have dreamt of quitting non-veg and alcohol, but with, one talk with Rajesh (teacher), it was possible. The high sudarshan kriya gives, the happiness, the elation, compares to nothing in this world. Now I think about everything in a totally different manner, to make this world, my nation, my surroundings an incredible place to be in. If people think this course must be a thing for the old and the depressed they must open their eyes. Every person in this world must start living with such knowledge and I would really love to contribute as much as I can to the cause.

Q: Spirituality will make you leave everything and be like an ascetic or sanyasi!
A: Spiritual knowledge, on the contrary, actually helps you do everything you ever wanted to do. It doesn't shun materialism and is not anti-fun, anti-fame or anti anything pro-life. Sanyas in sanskrit means being int he center of everything and yet unaffected by it!

Q: Meditation is to be done only when you are older, when you have nothing else to do. Isn't it only for the oldies?
A: Wouldn't you prefer to have a focussed mind and sharp intellect at 18 rather than 80? Wouldn't you rather learn to handle stress, work and relationships right away!

Q: Meditation is a personal choice. why should i tell others to do it?
A: It has become a personal and social necessity. a person feeling negative or depressed pollutes his/her surrounding with those unseen vibrations. Only when you are relaxed and stress free, full of love and joy, can you spread those lively vibes around you, through your thoughts, words or actions.

Q: I go to the gym everyday and I feel great. I guess that takes care of my physical and mental health. why do I need to do this course?
A:Meditation will compliment your practice of going to the Gym and vice versa. Research says that people who have lesser stress, their bodies respond faster to physical exercise and for people who have fit bodies meditation becomes that much easier.

Q: Define meditation.
A: Mediation is a delicate art of doing nothing. Meditation is something that adds time to your day and energy to your body and mind.
