At the International Center for Meditation and Well-Being, we prepare food that is designed to facilitate peace of mind, energy and dynamism. Put simply, we call this satvic cooking. The food is vegetarian, healthy, nutritious, balanced and delicious, and made substantially of organic fresh vegetables, fruits and grains.
Food is prepared with regard to the principles of Ayurveda, designed to maximize health, energy and longevity.
