아트 오브 리빙 청소년 프로그램에서는 스트레스 해소와 함께 청소년들을 더욱 강하게 할 수 있는 구체적인 방법과 지혜로 성장의 고비를 피해갈 수 있는 프로그램을 소개드립니다. 아트오브리빙에서는 교육은 유쾌한 경험이여야 한다고 말하고 있습니다. 육체적, 정신적, 감정적,

정신세계를 포함한 모든 분야에서의 청소년 교육관을 이끌어 가고 있습니다. 현대에 학생들은 어디에, 어떤 환경에 살더라도 상당히 많은 스트레스를 받고 있으며 이 무리의 층이 제대로 점검되지 않을때 청소년의 정신 건강 문제의 원인이 될 수 있습니다.

스트레스의 근본 원인

  • 지나친 활동, 휴식 부족

  • 가정불화, 결여된 가정보조

  • 친구들간의 갈등, 문제

  • 부모들의 과대한 기대

  • 저소득

  • 영양실조

  • 학교, 환경의 이동, 이주

삶에서 진정으로 훌륭함은 예술입니다.청소년 프로그램은 청소년들을 청소년 사회에서 좀 더 인간적으로, 동정심을 갖고, 봉사하는 일원이 되고 자신과 남을 존경할 줄 아는 마음을 키우도록 다양한 방법으로 꾸며져 있습니다.

Once upon a time I would just criticize myself so much, I use to hate myself. but the kriya made me feel beautiful from inside. I, then, started loving and respecting myself. It changed my attitude towards life completely.!
