The Ayurvedic Cooking Course - Happy Mood Food!

15 hour program, back with Chef Wayne Featherstone!

This Course has been developed to introduce both beginners as well as those who already have basic knowledge, to the wonderful world of Ayurveda and Food in a surprisingly light and inspiring way. It comprises of many useful tips for preparation of delicious food in a healthy way which promotes a healthier and happier lifestyle.

During 15 hours, divided over four consecutive days, you will learn how to prepare healthy balancing and energizing soups, salads, desserts, curries and drinks based on local ingredients and food habits, to name a few.

The course is conducted by Wayne Featherstone, Ayurvedic chef and author of the book ´Happy, hyper or heavy? Which food makes you happy?’ He has been practising the Sudarshan Kriya and meditation of H.H. Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the founder of the international Art of Living Foundation, since 1995. He has been initiated as teacher by H.H. in the year 2000. He has been trained in Ayurvedic Cooking in Canada and India and has been conducting Ayurvedic cooking courses and workshops since 2006. Wayne is a trained professional chef and has worked in several restaurants in Holland and France.

His passion for cooking and deep desire to pass on knowledge which contributes to heightened awareness and spiritual growth of both himself and others, have found its expression in the profound Ayurvedic Cooking Course.

This event is proposed by the International Art of Living Foundation - Luxembourg, an NGO specialized, for over 35 years, in the fields of education to health and wellbeing.

It will take place in Eis Epicerie, a beautiful and new SenseFood concept in Luxembourg:  the one and only fully organic solidarity grocery store, aligned with the principles of social responsibility and ecology, offering local organic food from Luxembourg and around, to the community. Every product is carefully chosen for its seasonality, its social and ecological impact and are guaranteed to be the freshest of the region.
