Art of Silence-kurset guider deg på en reise dypere inn til deg selv...

For å være dynamiske, trenger vi hvile. Imidlertid skjer det ofte at vi etter en ferie kommer tilbake med følelsen av å være mer utslitte, og at vi trenger en ferie for å komme oss etter ferien! Art of Silence-kurset er en skikkelig ferie, og etterpå føler vi oss revitaliserte og avspente i kropp, sinn og sjel.

Kurset holdes som regel i landlige omgivelser, utenfor byens kjas og mas, ofte i et europeisk hovedsenter som Bad Antogast i Tyskland eller Taraska i Polen. Ved hjelp av Sadhana, Seva, Satsang og Stillhet gir kurset de beste betingelser for å kunne dykke dypt ned i ekte avslapning og komme opp igjen forfrisket, revitalisert og oppkvikket!

I had a great time with the advance course too. I think everyone came out a better person. My personal health seems improved. I am finding that I am more tolerant to my own self these days. This means that I do not indulge in drinking and other bad habits as soon as I find time. I used to do that a lot before.
