Sri Sri Yoga - vägen till stressfri kropp och sinne

Välkommen till Sri Sri Yoga – en ren och genuin form av yoga. I Sri Sri Yoga, som är en komplett yogadisciplin, lärs yogans visdom och tekniker ut på ett glädjefullt och grundligt sätt. En kombination av mjuka och kraftfulla serier av asanas för kroppsligt välmående lärs ut, samtidigt som lika stor tonvikt läggs på tekniker för att vårda sinne och själ.

Yoga asanas som utövats i århundraden, integrerade med visdom från uråldriga skrifter, lärs ut i ett format som hjälper dig till förbättrad livskvalitet.

Med hjälp av övningarna på workshopen har deltagare gått ner i vikt och upplevt lindring av symptom från kroniska sjukdomar som sömnlöshet, astma, diabetes, högt blodtryck och migrän. Yogapositionerna i Sri Sri Yoga har utformats för att ge utövaren balanserad hälsa och ett fridfullt sinne.

Kursinformation
