Almond Bread Spread

Easy to make delicious spread that can be used on bread, crackers or raw veggies.

  • 1/2 cup of almonds
  • 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • 1 lemon (juice it)
  • handful of sprouted moong beans
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • pinch of salt
  • rosemary

Mix all together in the Vitamix or Blendtec. Once smooth spread on gluten free toasted bread, raw crackers or veggies. Enjoy it with organic tomatoes and radish.
