Advanced Yoga Workshop
Comes to an End Today

Hyderabad. November 20, 2011. The Sri Sri Yoga program (Level 2), a special yoga workshop of The Art of Living which began on 14th November came to an end earlier today. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Kamlesh Barwal, a World Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Trainer (eRYT 500), at Manas Ganga Ashram on the outskirts of the city.

“Incorrect use of body or not making enough use of certain parts of the body causes imbalance and misalignment. The correct practice of yoga, combined with a right lifestyle, can restore the balance on all levels of your being. The purpose of Sri Sri Yoga Level 2 is to restore the balance in your body, mind and spirit, making you feel fresh and new,” says Kamlesh. Earlier this month a beginner’s level course was conducted for about 450 people at Mountain Heights, Shilparamam.

Kamlesh is also the coordinator for the 5th International Women's Conference on “Women and Technology” to be held at Bangalore in February 2012. She has been meeting with women in connection with the conference and shared that among the speakers at the conference are Dr. Daggubati Purandeswari, Minister of State for Human Resource Development (Higher Education), and Indonesian Minister for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Hon’ble Linda Amalia Sari Gumelar.
