The Art of Living Course (Overview)

The Art of Living Course offers participants practical knowledge and techniques to unlock their deepest potential and bring fullness to life.

The cornerstone of the Art of Living Course is Sudarshan Kriya, a unique rhythmic breathing practice thatleaves one feeling renewed from the inside out.  This profound technique is easy to practice at home.

I had a great time with the advance course too. I think everyone came out a better person. My personal health seems improved. I am finding that I am more tolerant to my own self these days. This means that I do not indulge in drinking and other bad habits as soon as I find time. I used to do that a lot before.
