Meditation is our best friend. It is a shock absorber. Meditation makes one stronger to go through hardship in life. So many people report that meditation has changed their life. At least I can share it has changed mine. When I look back into the period when I was not meditating, I can see how easily I used to be carried away by stress and negative emotions. Now with meditation I cross the challenges with a smile and I recover my smile faster than I used to do. Actually the level of stress has not diminished in my life since I meditate. Actually it has even increased. But the way I respond to stress is way different. Meditation is a blessing in one's life. JUST DO IT !!!!!!!
