With grand facilities and venues that accommodate groups of any size up to 3,200, the center is prepared to host your event in style and comfort. 

The Main Hall: Inner and Outer Harmony

Sq. Ft: 17,500; Capacity: 3,200

Ideal for large groups and conferences, the main hall features stunning natural lighting and a spacious, wide open area. A granite stone foyer leads to a natural wood interior and stunning multi-tiered skylight that spreads over 100 ft, giving the space a cozy, natural, spacious feeling. A performance stage stands at the front of the hall with professional stage lighting. An advanced audio-visual system extends participation across the 18,500 sq ft space. The entrance opens on to majestic Blue Ridge Mountain views, grassy lawns and several additional meeting rooms. 

Hillside Hall: Immerse Yourself in Nature

Special features of this spacious hall include two small break-out rooms, atmospheric multi-tiered lighting, and a spectacular wood-worked open ceiling.Located on a hillside even farther from the hustle and bustle of modern life than the rest of the center, hillside hall is an ideal place for a quiet retreat or meeting. The only sounds to break the silence are the rustle of leaves in the wind and birds' song.

Veda Halls: Hilltop Retreat (4)

Sq. Ft: 2,800; Capacity: 215

Each of these four halls features spacious, open floor plans, plenty of natural light and free flow of air through tall windows surrounding the hall. These four halls are situated next to each other near the mountain top, so they are ideal for groups requiring adjacent spaces and/or break-out rooms.  The vestibule opens onto beautiful mountain views and open space. Three halls are carpeted, while one present hard-wood flooring, which works well for yoga and performance groups. 

Banquet Hall: A Mountain-top Dining Experience

Capacity: 650 at one seating

Overlooking the ranges of the Blue Ridge Mountains to the East, the banquet hall offers majestic views with tasty vegetarian meals. A multi-tiered seating arrangement can handle up to 650 guests per seating. The kitchen contains state-of-the art cooking facilities, plenty of prep room, lots of storage space and a full bakery.

The event planning and services team is happy to meet the needs of your group in preparing an ideal space for your retreat, meeting or conference. With a variety of meeting rooms, the center is able to provide a great space for groups of almost any size.

Beyond the spaces themselves is the environment - literally set on top of the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, the retreat center offers facilities surrounded by nature's beauty. Visible from the windows and the walkways of the center, the views along with the fresh mountain air contribute to a one-of-a-kind meeting experience.

The audio-visual package for meeting rooms includes hi-speed wireless internet, projector, microphone and sound mixer, allowing for a variety of multi-media options.
