For all those who are looking forward to learn a technique to practice meditation on a daily basis on your own!!
Art of Meditation Workshop Dec 13th to 16th in Ithaca NY
Come!! Learn to meditate in just three sessions! Take home a practice for life!!! Meditate anywhere anytime!!
Countless studies have proven the benefits of meditating, but many people who begin a meditation practice find that their attempts to focus and concentrate the mind are stressful – as well as unsuccessful. What is needed is a meditation that is simple and effortless, one that utilizes the natural tendency of the mind instead of trying to subdue it. What is needed is a meditation that is natural.
The Art of meditation course is based upon Sahaj Samadhi, an ancient practice which allows the conscious mind to settle deeply into itself in a natural, easy way. As the mind settles down it simply lets go of all tension and stress and centers itself in the present moment.
Sahaj Samadhi Meditation takes no concentration, is easy to learn, and enjoyable to practice. The effect of this meditation is to integrate the inner world of rest, peace and joy with the outer world of action and achievement. This integration of the inner and outer produces spiritual growth -- natural unfoldment of who you are, full development of body, mind and heart!

What previous Participants experienced:
We are given the tools/knowledge to enhance our daily meditation exercise so we may experience a more peaceful, energetic and purposeful day. I believe this course can be beneficial to all who are fortunate enough to be able to take it.
There was a thirst for that quietness; I went in for Meditation course and I found it,
Just 3 days of teaching from AOL teachers I am able to attain this, I could stay as long as I need but was advised to do 20 min twice a day.
I did not measure on any benefit and but I strongly believe that quite and clear mind can achieve a lot than disturbed state of mind.

After completing medical school followed by 4 years of specialty training while being married to a physician and having 3 very active boys, I found it very difficult to sit still and relax. Sahaj Samadhi taught me not only how to sit still, but to feel the stillness inside and to be able to carry that sense of peace with me while in activity.
When I was 16 years, I wanted to do meditation, and started trying it out through books and trial and error. I had one good experience and failed to achieve it later. So I gave up on meditation. Later when I started learning Sahaj, I could relate directly when the teacher said, ‘It’s not about the experience, but the benefits to your mind and body. This was such an Aha!-experience, and by proper guidance it has made all the difference in my life.
