Amazing experience! 7 days of this course has given me a lot of important ideas and knowledge to develop myself. I have been feeling physically fit. And gained enormous confidence through kriyas we do. It’s not only me who observed the change , but many of my friends also noticed this in me. I am grateful to my friends and parents who informed me about the course. I think this course is a necessity and should be taught to all. I would love to work for Art of Living in the future.
