10,000 youth to meditate together

The world’s largest exam special YES! (Youth Empowerment Seminar) workshop is set to begin in Ludhiana, Punjab, India from November 7-11.

Over 10,000 youth from over 150 schools across Ludhiana and 21 cities are participating in this workshop.

The YES! workshop focuses on the individual’s perception and reaction to their environment. It provides techniques to cope with anger, peer pressure, academic performance and decision- making, amongst other benefits. There will be special session on drug prevention, a challenge prevalent in Punjab. Teens in Punjab turn to drugs to escape from exam stress. The Yes! workshop will answer the challenges.

For the past consecutive six years, the YES! Ludhiana team has been bringing transformation among teenagers. This course has been taught in almost all schools in the city.

Graduates of the YES! workshop will meet Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Founder, The Art of Living, who will be on a five-day tour of Punjab.
