#2 Overcome Boredom
There is a possibility that meditation might bore you initially. If that is something which is stopping you from continuing your practice, remind yourself that in the beginning some things might be boring but eventually, once you start experiencing the benefits of daily meditation, you will naturally gain interest in it.
For instance, as a kid, brushing your teeth never gave you any joy but now you know it’s good for your teeth and you do it naturally every morning. The same way, know that meditation too will become a part of your day soon once you start realizing its countless positive effects in daily life.
Let this be a point of challenge. Just meditate for 31 days, in spite of boredom, and see how you feel. Are you ready to be strong enough to overpower boredom?
