Refund, Transfer and Cancellation Policy
In the event that the program is cancelled, the amount paid towards registration shall be refunded. Delegates may cancel their registration and receive a full refund by sending an email to email@example.com on or before 20th February, 2016. Delegates may transfer their registration to another person who has not already registered at the discretion of the Organization, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before 20th February, 2016. Refunds will be made via bank transfer or cheque on or before May 30th 2016.
