Silent Retreat with Happiness Program combines the Happiness Program and Silence Course into one week of Meditation, Silence and Rejuvenation.

The first half of the course is spent learning Art of Living's flagship course - The Happiness Program which teaches the powerful Sudarshan Kriya. During the second half of the course, the course participants experience the Art of Silence course, which combines the practice of Silence with powerful guided Hollow and Empty Meditations.
