u2028– Minimum 1 Art of Living Part 1 course (learned long Sudarshan Kriya)u2028– Availability to attend all course sessions and on timeu2028– A private quiet space to use throughout the courseu2028– A stable internet connection – broadband wired or wirelessu2028– Ability to avoid TV, radio, social media etc during the silence period (Friday lunchtime to Sunday afternoon)u2028 u2028Each participant will receive a separate email with a Zoom link to participate in the course and preparation meeting.  

The course is conducted in English. Translations to French or Dutch will be available, but only on request, so please do inform us as much in advance as possible by writing an email to: manisha@artoflivingbelgium.org. The last request for the translation should be sent by 25th Jan
