Yoga and Breathing Exercises

Consists of Yoga asanas (beginning level) aimed at waking up the participants. The sequence of yoga stretches include more energetic ones ending with more relaxing ones and final short relaxation rest. The session includes breathing techniques such as Bhastrika (yogic coffee) excellent for waking up and concentrating the mind, preparing it to be most productive at the work place.

Office Yoga and Anti-Stress Meditation

Consists of the sequences of asanas called Office yoga, gentle but extremely effective set of exercises for the eyes, face, back, spine, shoulders etc. The techniques used are particularly selected for people who work at the computer and need rest for the eyes and improved blood circulation for the body. The set is followed by a short guided anti-stress meditation.

18:15 - 19:15 Evening
Yoga for Rejuvenation from the busy day

Evening asanas set is a combination of hatha (physical) exercises and breathing techniques aimed at allowing the body to relax, realize stress and get energized. The set is followed by the so-called Yoga Nidra relaxation, very important technique done at the end allowing the effect of the exercises to sink deeper into the system and rejuvenate it.
