About The Art Of Living Part 1 Course

During the Part 1 course, you’ll learn our world renowned breathwork technique, SKY Breath™. This technique will train your mind to stay calm, positive, and resilient in the face of any challenge life throws at you, big or small.

What Will The Days Look Like?

Each session offers a mix of breathwork, wisdom sessions, and deep rest – all guided by an experienced teacher. All you have to do is show up and you’ll be taken care of every step of the way.


During the sessions, you’ll experience SKY Breath™ which will settle your mind effortlessly.  Whether you’ve never meditated, haven’t had success with it, OR you regularly meditate, you’ll experience deeper meditations and profound peace during Art of Living Part 1.


This workshop is a total of 3 sessions over 3 days:

  • Friday Aug 22, 2025: 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM
  • Saturday Aug 23, 2025: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Sunday Aug 24, 2025: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Note: this is a deeply rejuvenating and transformational process that requires you to attend all 3 sessions.

FAQs

I’ve never done breathwork or meditated. Is this for me?
A: Yes. This experience is designed for complete newbies and experienced meditators to have deep and renewing experiences.

I’m already a regular meditator. Will this do anything for me? 
A: Yes, we’ve had many experienced yoga and meditation practitioners claim that SKY breath took their practice to a whole new depth that they’ve never experienced before.  

How soon will I start seeing results from SKY breath?
A: After the first session. Participants notice an immediate effect on their mental wellbeing and stress levels. 

I’m not the meditating type or don’t feel like I’m built for it. Will this still benefit me?
A: Everyone is born with the natural ability to meditate, you just need the right technique. We can confidently say you will see benefits from our time-tested practices.
