Sañyam Level 1 – online

Pre-requisites:

• 1 Silence Course (Part II)  and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation.

• You must be physically fit to do 5 rounds of Padmasadhana daily during the programme.

• You should have listened to Gurudev’s commentary on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and follow the five Yamas and Niyamas.

• Pregnant ladies and ladies whose menstrual cycle is likely to coincide with the programme are advised not to register.

• Wait at least six months before repeating the Sañyam course.

• Four weeks before the course, start practicing Padmasadhana twice a day.

Once completed, you will receive a separate email with a Zoom link to participate in the course and preparation meeting. 

The course will be conducted in English. Translations to different languages will be available, but only upon request, so please inform us as soon as possible if you need help.
