FAQ

What's the difference between Platin, Gold and Silver tickets?
Seating is organized by ticket tier and proximity to the stage. Platinum Seating offers the closest seats to the stage, followed by Gold and Silver seating. Students and seniors are seated within the Silver category. Each tier is located progressively farther from the stage. Platin also includes the event recording and a VIP fast lane at entry.
Can I buy a ticket at the event?
We strongly recommend participants register online, in advance, in order to reserve a spot. Space is limited, so we encourage you to book as soon as possible.
How do I get my entry pass?
After you register online, you'll receive a digital ticket by email. Please have this available (printed or on your phone) at the check-in desk.
What is the parking availability at the venue?
BMW Park offers an on-site open-air car park (around 432 spaces) at Siegenburger Str. 65 for approximately €5 per event day. Additional parking is available at the nearby Heimeranplatz P+R car park (Garmischer Str. 19). The venue is also well connected by public transport. We recommend U-Bahn or S-Bahn for the easiest arrival.
What time should we plan to reach the venue?
We recommend arriving 1 hour before the event to allow time for parking, check-in, and locating your seat.
Will accessible seating be provided?
Yes. BMW Park offers wheelchair-accessible seating with space for companions, reached via a ramp with handrail, and a separate accessible entrance. If you have specific accessibility needs, please get in touch with us in advance so we can prepare the best experience for you.
Can I bring food inside with us?
Outside food is not allowed inside the venue. You can purchase vegetarian food on site.
Is there a dress code for the event?
There's no formal dress code. Wear something comfortable that lets you move and breathe freely. Soft, layered clothing works best for meditation and breathwork.
In which language will the event be held?
The event will be held in both German and English.
What are the prerequisites for me to attend the event?
There are no prerequisites. Everyone is welcome, whether new or experienced in meditation.
What is the age requirement for participating in the event?
Participants aged 10 and older pay the student price. Children under 10 enter free of charge when accompanied by a registered adult.
Will accommodation be provided?
Accommodation is not provided.
What happens if I buy a ticket and get sick or can't attend on the day?

We know that sometimes the unexpected happens. Please note, however, that this is a leisure event with a fixed date. Ticket purchases are therefore binding; returns or refunds are unfortunately not possible, even in case of illness or other commitments.

If you can't attend, you can simply pass your ticket on to friends or family; that way your seat won't go to waste and someone else can enjoy the event.

Who do I contact for help or further information?
