Dive to the Depths of Silence and Rise to the Heights of Celebration 

SKY Silent Retreat for Students and Young Professionals @ Bad Antogast, Black Forest, Germany

Pre-requisite: Art of Living SKY Happiness Program or (Online) Meditation and Breath Workshop

Inviting all students and young professionals (aged 18-35 years) who have completed the Art of Living Happiness Course / Meditation and Breath Workshop to join us for 4 days of deep silence, meditation, rejuvenation, and celebration in the beautiful Bad Antogast, Black Forest! This is a great workshop for those who want to accomplish their goals with efficiency and joy, overcome unwanted mental patterns, and feel deep peace and freedom within.

What's in a SKY Silence Course? 

 

  1. Deep and refreshing"hollow and empty" meditations
  2. New breathing techniques (locks and mudras)  and yoga for strength and energy 
  3. Interactive and individual processes to gain a deeper understanding of our mind and emotions.
  4. Energizing long walks in nature
  5. Celebration with world fusion music and dance every evening
  6. Home-made vegetarian food at each meal - we cook and eat together 
  7. Q&A sessions with Christopher "Kiran" Byrt - the most experienced and fun SKY Silent Retreat teacher in Europe.
