About the course

The ART Excel Upgrade (All Round Training in Excellence) is built on the skills taught in The ART Excel workshop.

This is not an entry level program, nor it is an advanced program: it is an extension of the ART Excel live and of the ART Excel online.

The Program will include ART Excel Yoga, ART Excel Sudarshan Kriya, dynamic games, lively discussions, team activities and new friends.

It is like a refresher program for children to dive deeper into their life skills - communicating effectively, working in groups, helping those in need, dealing with difficult emotions, and improving their thinking skills; they basically explore more of themselves. They can also further their practice of yoga asanas, Kriya, and meditation - all from the comfort of their home.

Course Structure

  • Open to children between 8 – 12 years old
  • Pre-requisites: ART Excel Workshop, online or live
  • The program can be offered only online
  • The duration may vary
