About the workshop

SKY OMBW is a dynamic and practical workshop for University students and young professionals (18-35 years) that not only gives a huge boost of energy, but also a fresh new perspective to life, relationships, professional situations and personal circumstances. SKY OMBW graduates graduates often describe the workshop as “life transforming”.

In the workshop, you will:

  • Learn the SKY Breath Meditation: the world-renowned evidence based breathing technique that helps the mind effortlessly come to the present moment, provides deep rest to the body and mind, releases one from the grip of stress and anxiety and gives a huge boost of energy to carry on and complete our tasks.
  • Understand the four sources of energy and how to tap into them to keep your energy levels and spirits, high through thick and thin.
  • Experience the seven levels of existence that we often ignore or are unaware of, and the tendencies linked to each level.
  • Learn the 5 Golden Keys to Happiness and how these can practically and positively impact our daily lives 
  • Understand the 5 Secrets to happy and successful relationships
  • Learn a unique and highly effective “Concentration Pranayama” that helps enhance focus and collect dispersed thoughts and ideas so we can accomplish our tasks more efficiently. 
     

The practical tools and techniques you learn in the SKY OMBW can be taken home and easily incorporated into our daily lives to experience an ever-increasing range of benefits.

Science on SKY

The evidence-based SKY Workshop and the world-renowned SKY Breath Meditation has been subjected to vigorous and diverse scientific research. In a recent study conducted by Yale University, the SKY Program was compared with two popular mindfulness programs. More than any other program, SKY was found to have a positive effect on six mental health indicators:
