The Volunteer / Pre-Teacher Training is an intensive program which empowers you with the knowledge and confidence to become dynamic speakers and Introductory Workshop facilitators for Art of Living Courses.

Workshop contents

A two-weekend-training with a week of service learning in between

  • Expand Your Skill Set: Get tools and training for better networking, organizing, and leading intro workshops
  • Fecilitate Group Meditations: Learn to lead a Guided Meditation
  • Get Certified: Become qualified to teach breathing exercises

Eligibility criteria

  • Completion of Meditation and Breath Workshop (previously called Happiness Program) or YES!+ minimum 3 months prior to applying for the VTP
  • Completion of Silence Program

Online or in-person versions of the above courses will do.
