YES!2 can shape teens into dynamic and powerful leaders of the future. While YES! provides the tools and techniques, YES! 2 provides the time and space for introspection and to develop and apply those skills live in action.

Through advanced techniques and processes, teens delve deep into self-examination, identifying what stops them from achieving their own goals and working towards becoming the best version of themselves. They also connect to the best of their talents and let these shine through.

Through powerful breath work, meditations and interactive exercises, this workshop will challenge teens to go beyond their pre-conceived notion of themselves, expand their abilities and use them to achieve their own goals, as well as benefit society.

Main elements of the course

Emotional Intelligence - Teens can often get overwhelmed with their thoughts and emotions, especially if they do not have the tools to handle them properly. With the right tools learnt on YES! 2, they can improve their awareness, and control and express their emotions easily, which helps to enhance interpersonal relationships
Self Awareness - To achieve different results, we have to do things differently. This often involves being aware of limiting habits and thoughts and how they can hold us back. To take more leadership, this programme focuses on becoming aware of these limitations and moving past them.

Leadership Skills - No matter what we do in life, leadership skills are invaluable to cultivate from an early age. YES 2! allows teens to develop these skills in an experiential manner and shape these for the future.
Resilience - Life will always throw up challenges to deal with. The ability to look at these challenges, learn from them and bounce back is what really matters. Resilience is a key quality for effective leadership, and learning to adapt and respond is a key element of this programme.
