Sañyam is a specially designed programme to understand the essence of the eight limbs of Yoga.
Sañyam is a subtle and advanced technique capable of taking you to another level. It is a key that opens the doors for those who want to go one step further.
In Sanskrit, Sañyam is the name given to the combination of the subtlest three limbs of Yoga. In the course, you learn a combined practice of Dhāraṇā-Dhyāna-Samādhi. Sañyam works at the sensory, mental and spiritual levels.
Pre-requisites:
- 1 Silence Course (Part II) and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation.

You must be physically fit to do 5 rounds of Padmasadhana daily during the programme.

You should have listened to Gurudev’s commentary on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and follow the five Yamas and Niyamas.

Pregnant ladies and ladies whose menstrual cycle is likely to coincide with the programme are advised not to register.

Wait at least six months before repeating the Sañyam course.

Four weeks before the course, start practicing Padmasadhana twice a day.

The course will be conducted in English. Translations to different languages will be available, but only upon request, so please inform us as soon as possible if you need help.
