The TLEX Synergize is a 16-hour team building and change management program for organzational development spread over 2 - 3 days that combines personal development processes, advanced team building and change management techniques along with powerful breathing tools for transformational leadership.
Till date, 30,000 employees in 200 organizations across 30 countries have benefited from the TLEX programs.
How does TLEX Synergise work?
The TLEX Synergize is a customizable program with options of pre-program and post-program interventions. In the pre-program assessment, our experts diagnose the improvement areas in a team by conducting live interviews/online questionnaires with all participants and team leaders. The data collected is used to evaluate the team on 7 parameters i.e vision and mission alignment, result orientation, accountability, commitment, conflict ability, trust, and well being.
The results of the diagnosis are discussed with the client to customize the intervention. The program ends with the identification of team linkages and a list of process improvements that the team commits to undertake.
If required, after completion of the program, we conduct reconnect sessions for a period of 3-6 months to evaluate the impact of process improvements and quantify the benefits of the program.
