I Want To Take This Course But...

Can the fee be refunded?

The fee, once deposited, is non – refundable and non – transferable.

Who all are eligible to do this training?

Anyone 18 years and above who has passed 12th standard (or equivalent).

Is it available in other languages?

Available in English only.

Are teaching methodologies for different age groups part of the curriculum?

Yes. The training thoughtfully addresses how yoga is introduced and taught to different age groups. You will learn age-appropriate language, sequencing, attention-holding techniques, and teaching approaches suited to children at various developmental stages—ensuring classes are safe, engaging, and meaningful.

Will this course prepare me to teach in schools, yoga studios, or online formats?

Yes. The program is designed to prepare you for real-world teaching environments. Guidance is provided on adapting classes for school settings, yoga studios, and online platforms, including class structure, duration, engagement methods, and professional conduct suited to each format.

Is this training more play-based or discipline-based?

The training follows a balanced approach. While playfulness, creativity, and joy are integral—especially when working with children—they are always anchored in yogic discipline, awareness, and purpose. This ensures that sessions remain both enjoyable and deeply rooted in yogic values.

Can I join if my 200H was done with a different school?

Yes. Participants who have completed their 200-Hour TTC from other recognized yoga institutions are welcome.

How intensive is the practice compared to 200H?

The intensity is different rather than heavier. While a 200-Hour TTC focuses on building a strong foundation, this training emphasizes refinement—greater awareness, teaching sensitivity, and practical application. The focus is on depth, clarity, and confidence rather than physical intensity alone.

Are payment plans or installments available?

Yes. Flexible payment options may be available for this program. We recommend reaching out to the Sri Sri School of Yoga admissions team for the latest details on installment plans and applicable terms
