I Want To Take This Course But...

Can the fee be refunded?

The fee, once deposited, is non – refundable and non – transferable.

Is it available in other languages?

Available in English.

Who all are eligible to do this training ?

To be eligible for Prenatal Yoga TTC, applicants should have completed a minimum of 200 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training or a Diploma, Postgraduate Degree, or Yoga Degree from a Recognised Institute.

Is there any exam at the end of the Training?

The evaluation procedure involves an assessment for certification.

Will safety protocols and contraindications for prenatal yoga be taught?

Yes. Safety is a core focus of the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. The program covers essential safety guidelines, trimester-wise contraindications, and appropriate modifications to ensure practices are supportive and safe for both mother and baby. You will also learn when not to offer certain practices and how to adapt sessions responsibly.

Can I join if my 200H was done with a different school?

Yes. Participants who have completed a 200-Hour TTC from other recognized yoga institutions are welcome to join.

How intensive is the practice compared to 200H?

The intensity is different rather than greater. While a 200-Hour TTC focuses on building a strong physical and theoretical foundation, the Prenatal TTC emphasizes sensitivity, awareness, and intelligent application of practices. The focus is on depth, safety, and understanding rather than physical exertion.

Are payment plans or installments available?

Yes. Flexible payment options may be available for this program. We recommend reaching out to the Sri Sri School of Yoga admissions team for the latest details on installment plans and applicable terms
