Home of Hope

Art of Living and Home of Hope’s working relationship started when Lucy Chipeta, pictured above, executive director of Home of Hope was sponsored a trip to attend the Art of Living’s International Women’s Conference 2010, in Bali.

Home of Hope is the biggest foster home in Malawi. The home supports the needy orphans and vulnerable children providing shelter, accommodation, education, food and healthy provision to over 650 needy orphans from babies to tertiary school teenagers.

In November 2010, Lekha Jadoo (an Art of Living teacher) taught 250 children including the headmaster, the Breath Water Sound Workshop.

“A lot of people would benefit from such knowledge and I would like to change my behavior and life to channel what I have learnt, so I can lead by example” shared Lucy, about her experience of The Art of Living.
