Art of Living Happiness Program is a 3-day course with universal wisdom and practical yogic breathing techniques which gives deep rest, joy, and eliminates stress.

Friday: 18.00 - 21.00

Course instructor: Swami Jyothirmayah
He has taught yoga and meditation to thousands of people in over 40 countries – including health professionals, media, business people, parliamentarians, political leaders, prison residents and residents in remote Indian villages.

Swami Jyothirmayah is a living example of how to live happily and stress-free with the help of yoga and meditation – people love his practical wisdom, simplicity and charm.

As a lecturer, he has represented Art of Living and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar at many conferences around the world (Europe, America, Africa and Nepal and India), including the UN International Economic, Social and Cultural Forum and the International Forum of Cultures (New Delhi).

The course includes:
- Ancient yogic breathing techniques
- Meditation and relaxation techniques
- Practical knowledge on how to handle our mind, and get rid of stress and negative emotions.
- Simple yoga stretches
- Sudarshan Kriya, a profound breathing and meditation technique.

You will learn how to practise the techniques on your own, yet we also have weekly follow ups in Oslo and Asker on a drop-in basis to refresh and practise the techniques in a group.
