Formally, you need to have completed at least one Part I course or SKY Campus Happiness course before you take the Part II silence program. The program is for those who need the deepest rest possible in the shortest possible time. It's also for those who were intrigued by the introduction to meditation on their basic courses and want to go deeper into meditation.

The Part II or Silence Course takes place over 4 or 5 full days, usually from a Wednesday evening to Sunday lunch, in Poland usually in our scenic International Art of Living Center in Taraska, central Poland. The course consists of several deeply relaxing techniques, especially unique meditations deepened by a period
of silence, time in nature and delicious, healthy vegetarian meals. We encourage you to unplug for the duration of the course to achieve maximum rest and self study. There are also online and weekend formats where you can enjoy the rest
of a silence program at home or at a location in your area.
