Who is the course for?

A silence retreat is for those who already know that they want a deeper encounter with meditation rightaway.

If you are looking for deep rest, something akin to a three week vacation, but in the space of 5 days, the Silence Retreat is what you need!

Course contents

The course begins with learning the deeply relaxaing Sudarshan Kriya technique and key points of practical wisdom that make a dynamic life easier. In this part of the program we also learn a range of Yoga postures designed for stress relief, breathing techniques that relax and energise at the same time.

In the second part of the course, there is a period of silence to deepen meditations and reawaken a sense of oneness with nature, the world and oneself. Frequently the Silence Retreat takes place in our wonderful International Art of Living Center in Taraska, in the heart of Poland.
