During the introductory workshop “Power of Meditation and Breath,” you will learn more about Sudarshan Kriya (SKY Breath Meditation), a technique taught in a 3-day Meditation and Breath Workshop, designed to help you release stress instantly and manage your emotions.  In this session, you will have the opportunity to pause, take a deep breath, and clear your mind through a calming breathing technique and guided meditation.

How does breathing help reduce stress and anxiety?
Breathing techniques improve circulation and blood flow to the brain and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, signaling the brain to “relax.”

Sudarshan Kriya is known as one of the most powerful and effective breathing techniques. It helps release accumulated stress and tension at a cellular level, clearing deep-rooted blocks, negative emotions, and toxins from the body, mind, and memory, a deep cleansing of the entire system.
