Born in the land of the midnight sun, in the very North of Sweden, Pia searched for happiness through her ambitious career drive, relationships and materialism resulting in burn-out, depression and cancer. With her Finnish unstoppable “sisu” she determined not to give up her life. The turning point was when she looked inside herself through breathing techniques and meditation.

She started her training within the Art of Living in February 2006 and is teaching since 2009. Her enthusiasm and great sense of humor has made her a unique Art of Living Instructor and highly appreciated yoga and meditation Teacher sharing her deep knowledge in a light and easy manner.
Sudarshan Kriya the unique powerful Breathing technique that she has practiced since ten years and is teaching now, had an enormous effect on her existence, both on hear body, mind and emotions. In her profession as accountant in a multinational company she has been benefited of the daily breathing and yoga practise to manage the demanding tasks without stress.
