This course helped me to realize that I am the master of myself, that other's opinion will not dominate the center of my world, hence no need to waste unnecessary energy to keep validating the subject of others. I am more aware of my potentials now and have become more self confident in that despite the many changing situations happening around me, I can remain calm and collected, refusing the let the emotions have the better of me. Though I am still uncertain of the future, I have gained more courage to take a first step in everything, knowing problems will anyways be eventually resolved. I learnt to praise, using 100% of my present moment.
